Steel Watch, 39 mm, Automatic Movement

With the Portofino Automatic Pointer Date Laureus, IWC Schaffhausen continues its tradition of special editions created to support the work of Laureus Sport for Good. IWC has been a global partner of the foundation since 2005 and has collaborated with Laureus on numerous occasions. Limited to 500 pieces, this special edition watch features a 39-millimeter stainless steel case and a dial in the signature Laureus blue color. The sunray-finished blue dial is complemented by rhodium-plated hands and indices. The highlight of this timepiece is the analog pointer date display positioned at 6 o’clock. At midnight, the small hand jumps to the new date, creating a visual spectacle on the dial. This understated and elegant Portofino model is paired with a blue calfskin leather strap featuring a stainless steel butterfly folding clasp. Thanks to the integrated quick-change system, the strap can be easily swapped. The case back features an engraving of the Laureus Sport for Good logo and also commemorates the foundation’s 25th anniversary celebrated in 2025. Among all Laureus programs worldwide, in 2025 IWC made a donation to Figure Skating in Harlem (FHS).
