If you wish, you can choose to pick up your order directly from the PISA 1940 Flagship Store. Simply select the In-store pickup option when choosing the delivery method during the purchasing process.

When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email or a call from our customer service. From that moment you will have 14 days to pick it up.

Upon your arrival at the boutique, simply speak to our sales staff and present:

• the email confirming the availability of your order (in digital or paper format);
• a valid identity document.

If you cannot pick up your order in person, please contact Customer Service: we will provide you with all the necessary instructions to delegate another person to pick it up.

If you choose in-store pickup, you will need to personally collect your order from the PISA 1940 Flagship Store. You may be asked to show a valid ID at the time of collection to ensure maximum purchase security.

If you cannot collect your order in person, please contact Customer Service at 02 76208349, or email ecommerce@pisa1940.com. We will send you a power of attorney form to complete and sign, which must be presented in original by the person authorized to collect the order, along with the required documents.

If your order includes multiple products, we will do our best to make all items available at the same time to allow for a single pickup. In some cases, however, different timings may be necessary.

Should there be any changes to the estimated pickup times, we will inform you promptly.

Your order will be available for pickup at the PISA 1940 Flagship Store, located at Via Pietro Verri 7, Milan, within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation.

In-boutique pickup is always free.
