FREE RETURNS

The return process must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Only products purchased online can be returned via the e-boutique.

It is not possible in any way to return products that have been engraved, modified or personalized.

Request-adjusted watch bracelets must be returned with the same number of links as in the original delivery package.

Pisa 1940 will not accept the return if the product shows signs of wear, has already been used or its original shape and condition have been altered in any way.

The return instructions are summarized below, which must be carried out with the same courier that delivered the order.

 

Return steps with Ups Capital :

• Access the Personal Area by selecting the order from My Orders and filling out the dedicated Contact Form
• The PISA 1940 Customer Service will contact you to agree on the collection method
• The package must be carefully closed with the return label affixed externally
• After receiving the package, a refund confirmation will be sent and will be processed as soon as possible.
