we need to process information concerning you, your personal data, to comply with the extraordinary measures to contain the "COVID-19" corona virus epidemic, as provided for by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 8 March 2020 and subsequent amendments, and by the shared protocols, in order to allow you access to the premises and offices. To this end, as required by the European legislation for the protection of personal data (European Regulation 679/2016), we provide you with the following information.

The Data Controller, i.e. the person responsible for decisions regarding the purposes, methods and security of personal data, is the company F.lli Pisa Srl, with headquarters in Milan, via Montenapoleone, 9.

Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.

Personal data retention period and criteria used

The video footage is kept for 72 hours unless different retention terms established by law (e.g. in case of investigation)

Rights of interested parties

Interested parties have the right to obtain from F.lli Pisa Srl, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The specific request to the Data Controller is presented at the contact points indicated above.

Right to complain

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through video surveillance occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
