A specialized technician, trained according to the Maison's own standards, will accompany the customer along the process of care and maintenance of the watch, advising the client on the best path to take depending on the needs encountered and following him in every phase of the service.

Your watch will be subjected to a test to verify its functioning and waterproofness, ascertaining its optimal condition or the possible need for additional maintenance. The professionalism of our staff allows us to provide the customer with an immediate analysis and estimate of processing costs, minimizing the return times of the received watch and guaranteeing maximum transparency.

Where possible, we limit waiting times by carrying out immediate interventions without the customer having to leave their timepiece for delivery.

All interventions are carried out using strictly original spare parts.

All watches subjected to maintenance and overhaul are covered by a two-year warranty.
