IN THE WORLD OF WATCHMAKING, EVERY DETAIL COUNTS
Sometimes it is precisely from the ‘break’ that the opportunity arises to create something unique. ‘Please treat me bad’: a courtesy watch that lends charm to anticipation

Our courtesy watch was born from the desire to enhance the time that passes between the delivery of a watch for assistance and the subsequent collection. A time that can be lived without giving up the ticking of the hands but with an approach diametrically opposed to that which usually characterizes the relationship with the watch "of the heart" for which we always recommend the utmost care.

Anyone who leaves a watch that is actually “broken” (or simply needs to be serviced) in the hands of our technicians may receive in exchange one that appears broken, but which in reality is not at all, on the contrary: the process of working the dial, in stabilized rust, makes each piece a unique piece, different from all the others.
The courtesy watch, to be returned when collecting the watch left for assistance, is a special edition, made by OOO - Out of Order®, a Venetian company, exclusively for Pisa 1940.
AN EXCLUSIVE DESIGN FOR A WATCH TO WEAR WITHOUT WORRIES
Each OOO - Out of Order® watch created for Pisa 1940 represents a synthesis of vintage style, contemporary design and the famous “Damaged in Italy” finish, the brand's distinctive patent.
THE TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE MODEL INCLUDE:
- Case: 40mm, 316L stainless steel with the exclusive patented OOO® aging process
- Bezel: Unidirectional rotating hand-brushed aluminum with inserts in SuperLuminova C3
- Movement: Seiko NH35 automatic caliber
- Dial: in stabilized rust, a process patented by OOO®, with applied indexes filled with Superluminova® C3 and date display at 3 o'clock.
The watch has no company logos on the dial, where the words “Not for sale” appear in SuperLuminova C3 at 6 o'clock instead.
The collaboration signature is engraved on the closed caseback, while the inner ring features the phrase “Please, treat me bad,” a symbol of the famous “Damaged in Italy” mantra by OOO - Out of Order®. A soft, aged leather strap completes the design.
A SIGN OT TIME, SUSPENDED BETWEEN PAST AND FUTURE
If you look up at the first floor of the Flagship Store in via Verri 7, in the area that housed the laboratory, you will notice a detail on the ceiling that recalls the shape of the large workbench that characterized the space before its renovation. We wanted a trace of the past to remain imprinted, as if the old table had been thrown up and embedded in the vault. The same applies to the courtesy clock to be “treated badly” as it was to the spaces: it was destroyed to create something new and even more beautiful.
