The Pisa 1940 Jewellery Salon showcases fine jewellery at its most exquisite expression
On the first floor of the PISA 1940 flagship store in Via Verri, the company’s historic home, lies the Jewellery Salon dedicated to fine jewellery. Intimate and cosy, this Milanese-style lounge immerses you in the dazzling creativity and craftsmanship of the precious creations on display; a testament to some of Europe’s most esteemed fine jewellery houses.
Among these brands is Palmiero, a Valenza-based maison founded in 1979. Its necklace from Abissi collection is characterised by a setting of diamonds, enhanced variations of sapphires, rubies and emeralds.
Part of Chopard’s Happy Hearts collection, the choker necklace is crafted in ethically sourced rose gold, diamonds and onyx.
Simple in form, it reinterprets the Maison’s iconic bangle bracelets with a flexible structure that adapts to the neckline with two precious hearts; one in deep black onyx and the other in gold with a Happy Diamond at its centre. Meanwhile, Messika unveils the Modernist collection: a series of diamond-set bracelets, earrings and necklaces in rose, yellow and white gold.
Each creation recalls a sculpture; delicate materials meet the rigour of form, drawing inspiration from contemporary architecture with bold volumes and luminous finishes. In particular, the tie-style necklaces allow the precious central element to slide along the chain, altering the fall of each piece. Chaumet’s Bee de Chaumet collection pays homage to the bee, a symbol of nature’s vitality, expressed through honeycomb motifs that appear to extend infinitely. In particular, the Bee de Chaumet earrings in white gold and diamond pavé form a geometric chain that caresses and lights up the face.
Boucheron’s iconic Serpent Bohème motif, first created in 1968, immediately captivates the eye. This motif is integrated into the Serpent Bohème bracelet, fastened at each end by two teardrops, one in onyx with diamond pavé. This duality of materials pays homage to the Maison’s past and present. The black onyx stone, in fact, was introduced into Serpent Bohème half a century after the design was first created.
Part of Piaget’s iconic Possession collection, the Possession Vibrant Palace pendant necklace glimmers in 18-carat rose gold. The blue hues of turquoise, sodalites and dumortierite stones complement ten brilliant-cut diamonds.
